I observed some rude behavior today at the Bernardsville Branch of TD bank. As I was conducting business with a teller , what appears to have been the branch manager ( or someone of authority) interrupted us , handed the teller, her employee, documents, gave him instructions and walked away. No "excuse me, pardon me...." Moments later she did the same thing to another teller and customer. Very rude to tellers and customers. Usually a good bank but not today. Guy at the front desk didn’t hit reset on our pins and we had to go to another bank. had a cocky smirk on his face the entire time like he was holding a laugh but he didnt even know what he was doing

I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's o... read more
