They have always provided me with excellent customer service for all my financial needs. I think the reviews should reflect fair and balanced and appropriate and not be based on a singular visit.
Slowest bank in the world. And the door is broken It doesn't unlock to let you into use the ATM with your TD card
This is the 3rd time that the doors to open to get to the ATM do not work. I already called once to complain, and they honestly didn't care. They said we call to have it looked at and they say it's fine. We are getting new doors, so that should fix it. It did not! I have been with Commerce/TD Bank for over 30 years. I will be switching to a new bank.
Slowest bank in the world
I've been there several times over the last year. The doors never unlock after hours to let you into the ATM inside.
