The bank manager Josh was tremendously helpful with helping me open an account and answering various questions regarding a wide array of banking needs! You can tell he truly has his clients best interests in my mind while helping them. Highly recommend!
Bad customer service. My account was over drawn and I tried to cash/deposit a money order I wanted to cash half of it and deposit the rest. Kim the drive thru Karen told me I couldn't do that which is funny because I was there a couple weeks ago and they did the same thing for me. When I opened up the account the manager is super nice!
The branch managers idea of customer service is making business as hard as possible to do with them. Please remove the "America's most convenient bank" slogans. It's blatantly false advertising.
