They manage the customers as best bet can. Service was great and did not have to wait long. I’m very happy with TD Bank in Estero.
I am completely shocked by the lack of customer service and absolute dismissiveness at this TD Bank location, specifically from the manager, Mohamed. While traveling, the branch’s ATM malfunctioned and swallowed my debit card. When I went to the drive thu to get help, Mohamed showed zero empathy, offered no actual solutions, and incredibly, tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I explained to him that I am traveling and urgently need to make a multi-part deposit—half now, and the other half later tonight after the bank... read more
I found their online services were not helpful enough. The assoc, Lisa who helped me was knowledgeable. The bank is too open. Little privacy.
