This bank doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We live in Punta Gorda and have to drive to Estero frequently because u can’t do anything remotely. Their service is in the dark ages. They want your money but u can never get it back. They do not do wire transfers unless u have a business account. We live in a small town in Canada and our td bank there offers more service than in Florida. The customer is supposed to come first but not at the td bank in Estero. Do not bank with td. It’s too hard to get your money back.

Absolutely the worst bank/branch. Phone just rings and no one answers ever. Customer service is not even a consideration on their part. After seeing the giant lawsuit they have against them for money laundering i am not surprised. They will randomly lock your account and mobile banking and you will have to drive down to the branch just to be told they will “work” on it. Terrible experience.
