I went to the branch today to pay off a charged off credit card. I was there for an hour. All this is due to poor customer service. I told the branch manager Dukens Pierre why i was there. He told me I needed cash or a check to make payment. Went to the ATM machine in there branch but then everyone that walked in the branch was being taken care of. I seen three different people. Created an account 3 days ago I than deposit 400$ into my checking i understand that it will be on hold but I was told I’ll have 100$ to access right away I get my 100$ that day I make 2 transactions adding up too 30$ next day I go into my account it says -29.98$ so I called the bank they said yes you were given 100$ but than we took it back because your account is on hold now i have a over draft fee they suggested i just add more money into my checking I was not told nor ever Hurd of a bank letting you use 100$ than taking ... read more
