The Estero location has very poor service.
I had an excellent experience opening my account at the TD Bank branch in Estero 16 November 2025, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Joshua and his manager, Gizella. They are very helpful and kind the staff always says welcome that is very refrezhing as at other banks not so much. Love this Branch
I went to the branch today to pay off a charged off credit card. I was there for an hour. All this is due to poor customer service. I told the branch manager Dukens Pierre why i was there. He told me I needed cash or a check to make payment. Went to the ATM machine in there branch but then everyone that walked in the branch was being taken care of. I seen three different people. If I would have had one person deal with me i would not have been there for an hour. Poor customer service and when i had something to say about it ... read more
