I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to open an account here. In less than half an hour, Sean was able to get me up and running with mobile banking and even add my new debit card to my Apple wallet. Emily was also extremely friendly and accommodating. They deserve a raise!

Worst customer service experience I’ve had at TD Bank. The staff member helping me had a terrible attitude, interrupted me repeatedly, and acted annoyed the entire time. I came in needing help and left frustrated. Definitely reconsidering banking here.

We were early to our appointment and they took us immediately hassle free... received only good customer service here..thank you very much..
Time to move everything from TD Bank to a more friendly bank. Took my mother-in-law into store, which is very difficult this time of the year. Finally got her from somebody and they wouldn’t change the phone number on her checking account. She’s 96 years old doesn’t have a drivers license. All my accounts are with the bank as well and I’m planning on moving them. There’s gotta be a more friendly Bank around.
