Shirley was the one who created my original account. She wasn’t professional when she went over my information. To make a long story short she messed up my birthday and when I went to verify who I was with my actual birthday my account got flagged for fraud. They have been holding my money all day and this was just negligence and this woman is the age of my mother. Very distracted and under trained.

I set up a new checking account this week, and it was a great experience. Kristen (Manager) made the process easy and only took about 20 minutes. She also got my account set up on online banking, so I did not have to go through that process later.
