Had an issue w/ my late Fathers US account. I had several toll free numbers but NOBODY was willing to help…they kept pushing the ownership back to me but wouldn’t give me any advice how…I finally connected w/ Charlie at TD Sarasota…she was amazing !!! She was excellent at taking all the appropriate details and was pleasant and friendly. She told me she would speak w/ her Manager and get back to me w/ an answer and sure enough not more than 10min later she had a perfect solution. never heard of a ATM that doesn’t accept Debit cards that’s A little strange to me normally there’s a fee that I would lovely pay very sad
I had fraud on my account and I told lady to not send in all disputes I circled bc I needed to get a new phone and find others see if fraud or not and they make u look phine number to ur account and mines is always breaking or getting stolen and weekend hit so 6 days B4 get back up there she had turned in 2000 claim fraud and I was given provisial of it then found out 9 charges ok and bank took 2321 out plus charges and noneffent fund and overdraft fees bc she sent in B4 I could tell her they ok :(
Most annoying place to bank. Always encounter a problem at this branch.
