Ishai and the other tellers at this branch were so friendly and helpful with my husband and I’s banking needs. Ishia in particular was a joy to work with and very helpful with our account maintenance.
I will say that i have had a bad experience with td bank sinve i opened the account. Bit i did not open it at this branch. What i can say abiut this branxh is i cane hete versus the other one i was going to closer to me. Amd the way im treated here comoared to 39th street. Night and day. Also Joshua both times i seen him from august and then today was so polite profesdional and helpful and actually resolved issues for me. If you own a business, DO NOT do business with TD Bank. If you write checks to your vendors, they will absolutely NOT allow them to cash the check at the bank. This may put a big strain on your relationship with some vendors that need to cash the check the same day. Horrible service. I was talked to like I didn't know how banks work.
