I am a long time TD Bank customer and have used many branch locations throughout New England. The Manchester, Vermont TD Bank location is so bad at service it seems like they are not even part of the brand. Based on numerous visits to this location, I simply do not trust or have confidence in the Staff in this branch to be anywhere near my personal and business finances.

If I could leave zero I most certainly would. I stopped into the branch recently- because I work in Manchester. I did open my account in Granville. I was told the information two branches had prior confirmed before topping was in correct. When I tried to clarify it was just a solid ‘that is not correct’. I followed up again with the Granville & Greenwich branches to confirm the information, and was informed the Manchester branch was incorrect. My first visit to this branch was a little difficult, my second visit was a significant improvement. I look forward to visiting in the future to see what is possible.

I’ve normally had good experience at this branch but recently they’ve been very understaffed and unaccomadating.
