disappointing service , lousy communication
Went in yesterday to clear out my account and close it. Lady said it couldn’t close until there’s no pending transactions, and clearing my account is a transaction. Usually you need to close your account in person, but since I’m now living in Québec, she said she’d make an exception. She asked her manager if I called to close my account tomorrow if she could close it remotely for me. She agreed. I called today multiple times. Rang for 15 minutes. No one answered. If giving zero was an option I would. Literally the shittiest bank I've ever dealt with! After today I've closed my account! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
