Called the banking center today and I was advised to sent MY ORIGINAL documents from probate in the mail since they will not accept anything via email or otherwise and cannot be a copy . I advised that was not an option with the mail service currently . There is no footprint in the state I live in so I can’t bring an original to have them copy it at a location here . So to settle my father’s estate they basically going to force me to drive to that location to settle the account. All the other banks have accepted the original... read more

Excellent staff, personable relationships with clients and goes the extra mile. Eventhough I live more than an hour away, I always recognize the tellers and one time I forgot a valuable document at the counter and the staff here reached out to me and made sure I got it back.
