I have banked at this bank for the almost 10 years. I've never had a problem with the bank excellent customer service people are always nice and happy. now there's a new redhead manager that's a complete b****. my car payment came out one day ago overdrafted my account which I paid $45 fee for overdrafting so it's kind of like I pay for a service. with everything going on with the coronavirus I just needed an extra week so I have enough money to feed me my girlfriend and my sixseven-year-old son. in this b**** refuses to cas... read more
twenty years of banking with this place, ended because of horrible customer service. after being locked out of on line access due to a password problem, they refused to authenticate my account because my wife (the primary on the account) read the recent transaction info to me. so now I have to drive twenty miles to authenticate in person, sorry, if I have to make that trip i am closing the account. this bank has steadily gone downhill over the years. we have banked here since they were people's heritage. putting them in the ... read more

I am trying to do my taxes and haven't received my 1099R yet and it's January 30. TD Bank claims to be a convenient bank. We all know these forms are generated by computer and could be done on January 2nd or 3rd yet TD Bank makes people wait until February to get these necessary forms. This is NOT convenient and is unnecessarily nasty on the part of TD Bank. They should be ashamed of themselves.
