Citizens closed so I decided to try out TD. I met Tyler (Branch Manager) & Tomas (Account Opener) and they were great. I was impressed with the security and controls that TD has. I can even get $50 when I refer someone to the Bank.
Horrible experience. Was racially profiled and denied service. REFUSED to deposit my legitimate paycheck because there "might" be a fraud alert despite extensive deposit history. Poor service all around. Save the trip and go somewhere else.
No privacy!!!! just went in to finalize / sign papers which weren’t ready even though we had appt!! Music is extremely loud! Hearing impaired is not considered!!!

No restroom allowed for customers! And the inside lobby is incredibly small and open, with strangers listening to your business, to include social security number. Not very secure feeling.
