Needed a cashier check. Teller was extremely helpful. No charge since I'm an account holder.
James Sherer is a terrible manager,he told me I was rude because the teller Lisa took my paperwork into him to verify and I walked in as well.He was on the phone and waved me out and I walked out.After his call he came out and wanted to berate me for walking i to his open door office.What a piece of work.
Excellent bank in a very convenient location. I had to add money to my dad’s bank account and received excellent service. I wasn’t entirely sure how to add money to his account, but the teller was very patient with me and helped me figure it out.
Totally rude and inconsiderate. Loudly asked me in line where I got 3k from. I do not make regular deposits. When I answered her that the money came from employment she proceeded to grill me further and ask me where my “tips” came from. Like I really want my financial situation shared with a bunch of people in line! TD bank will be losing me as a customer. You people are not the IRS! Its none of your business!!!
Walked in for new debit card because mine had fraud and had to be closed I was on vacation and needed a new card. The teller told me to take a seat she couldn't do debit cards. No one told me how long wait would be no on even acknowledge me. One teller was stuffing her face with popcorn and doing nothing finally I just left. Very rude
