Walked in for new debit card because mine had fraud and had to be closed I was on vacation and needed a new card. The teller told me to take a seat she couldn't do debit cards. No one told me how long wait would be no on even acknowledge me. One teller was stuffing her face with popcorn and doing nothing finally I just left. Very rude
Endless issues with business accounts here. We bank with multiple banks and TD has by far been the absolute worst in all aspects. Stay far away from this bank if you like any sort of peace of mind. Even The regional manager of this branch has zero idea on what to do or how to fix any issues related to business banking.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST !! Thru the website. I waited 45 minutes for customer service and was granted an appointment for 2 hours later, while counter-service had a line of 8 people. Then I was told MAYBE: NO PROMISES, that they would fulfill my request in 3 days because they were TOO BUSY. Stop! I went to another branch and got my request immediately over the Counter.
