Totally rude and inconsiderate. Loudly asked me in line where I got 3k from. I do not make regular deposits. When I answered her that the money came from employment she proceeded to grill me further and ask me where my “tips” came from. Like I really want my financial situation shared with a bunch of people in line! TD bank will be losing me as a customer. You people are not the IRS! Its none of your business!!!
Walked in for new debit card because mine had fraud and had to be closed I was on vacation and needed a new card. The teller told me to take a seat she couldn't do debit cards. No one told me how long wait would be no on even acknowledge me. One teller was stuffing her face with popcorn and doing nothing finally I just left. Very rude
Endless issues with business accounts here. We bank with multiple banks and TD has by far been the absolute worst in all aspects. Stay far away from this bank if you like any sort of peace of mind. Even The regional manager of this branch has zero idea on what to do or how to fix any issues related to business banking.
Terrible management at this branch.
