Totally rude and inconsiderate. Loudly asked me in line where I got “all this money” from. I do not make regular deposits. When I answered her that the money came from employment she proceeded to grill me further. Like I really want my financial situation shared with a bunch of people in line! TD bank will be losing me as a customer. You people are not the IRS! Its none of your business!!!
Slow…. Very slow service!
Needed a cashier check. Teller was extremely helpful. No charge since I'm an account holder.
James Sherer is a terrible manager,he told me I was rude because the teller Lisa took my paperwork into him to verify and I walked in as well.He was on the phone and waved me out and I walked out.After his call he came out and wanted to berate me for walking i to his open door office.What a piece of work.
Excellent bank in a very convenient location. I had to add money to my dad’s bank account and received excellent service. I wasn’t entirely sure how to add money to his account, but the teller was very patient with me and helped me figure it out.
