Went to close my account on a Thursday because of such horrible service, a savings account that has no interest and high service charges. They assured me the account would be closed on Friday. Friday I’m overdrafted by 20cents because the teller did the math wrong. The new teller didn’t know how to fix 20 cents to they credit me $15, took the 20 cents and said it was all taken care of. The staff was very kind and helpful!
Only 1 teller out of 3 could manage sending a wire transfer and even then it took the better part of an hour. I won’t be back.
