Waited 25 minutes to try to find a parking spot behind their Bank where customers are supposed to park. Called a few times to let them know that unauthorized people are parked there and their customers can't come in to do bank business. No one bothered to pick up the phone. Clearly they don't care about their customers

Went to close my account on a Thursday because of such horrible service, a savings account that has no interest and high service charges. They assured me the account would be closed on Friday. Friday I’m overdrafted by 20cents because the teller did the math wrong. The new teller didn’t know how to fix 20 cents to they credit me $15, took the 20 cents and said it was all taken care of.
