Today was the second time in recent history that I have had an unnecessary negative experience trying to make a simple transaction at this Bank. The tellers here have gotten very invasive unnecessarily with privacy and over "authenticating" and they are extremely slow. Every time I've been here recently for a very simple transaction, im sitting at the drive through for a minimum of 10 minutes, even when no other customers are there. Love this branch. Emily and Brooke and wonderful and helpful all the time. It feels like the bank version of Cheers. I walk in and they know my name! ( and it’s not Norm!) 🤣🤣🤣
