The poor guy at drive in was alone and lines of cars waiting. The microphone he has to use is totally distorted… thought I was being punked.
Monica, when you call the police to trespass a member of the public from public property, you create a public record. now the world sees your name, address, and the conspiracy you and officers created to trespass someone who was never on bank property. its not a good look and shows your ignorance.
Just want to take a minute to praise Amanda in customer service (Belmar, NJ). I was having an issue with checks depositing and it being cleared for over a week now. Stopped by on my lunch break for the issue and she was a great help, very understanding, quick and solution oriented. Amanda took action immediately, had the issue resolved and kept me updated in the process. Best customer service I've experienced in any bank.
I drove where my GPS was directing me and I couldn’t find the branch, end up on trailer park twice. Is it closed permanently? O
This bank is horrible, the ATMs never work every time I try to come here. Update: they still suck. Wouldn't let me deposit a hundred dollar bill into my girlfriends account without her present. Acted like I was trying to withdraw thousands. This bank is completely useless and unwilling to help their customers
