Can't coordinate with their own internal departments, getting put on hold all day while you wait. Then tell you to leave and they will call you back next business day, but don't. Tell you they'll get you up and running then print you a new card for no good reason since they fail to coordinate with their own internal departments, and now you have to update all your accounts that pay with this card. Easiest TD bank to do your business. I think the other branches can come and learn from them .
Never had an account here, but used to exchange money here for one of the local businesses. Very positive experience each time I went, they were polite and quick with service even when they were out of the neccessary funds
Staff are friendly but the fees are out of this world. Happily keeping all my banking needs with a credit union.
