I have been a commercial and personal customer for over 20 years. The past three years I have experienced very poor service from the Topsfield branch management team regarding FRAUD to my accounts. Very lackadaisical . They Closed my business account due to possible fraud, that was NOT FRAUD and did not inform me. What a mess this caused. Processed unsigned check and two checks that were clearly fabricated and forged. Pulled all accounts and opened account next door at M&T Bank. Upper managemnt in branch, is clueless!
Recently helped a friend with opening a bank account here. All the employees were amazingly friendly, attentive, patient and helpful. Highly recommend this bank branch.
Can't coordinate with their own internal departments, getting put on hold all day while you wait. Then tell you to leave and they will call you back next business day, but don't. Tell you they'll get you up and running then print you a new card for no good reason since they fail to coordinate with their own internal departments, and now you have to update all your accounts that pay with this card.
