Was met with such unprofessionalism when I went in to the Bohemia branch on 2/21 around 12:30-1PM. I noticed my information and accounts were hacked when I looked into my bank statements and saw that there were unauthorized purchases, so I needed to lock my card immediately. Unaware I could do it myself from my TD app, I went to the bank itself. The first counter clerk I initially went up to was very dismissive, hostile, and unhelpful. The most horrendous bank person ever. The white dude with the curly hair. Asked him what kind of accounts they have he said checking and savings accounts.. There are multiple variations of accounts. He is rude didn't bother to go above and beyond because we are south asian. The profiling from this dude was horrendous! No wonder they have such a low rating.
