Was met with such unprofessionalism when I went in to the Bohemia branch on 2/21 around 12:30-1PM. I noticed my information and accounts were hacked when I looked into my bank statements and saw that there were unauthorized purchases, so I needed to lock my card immediately. Unaware I could do it myself from my TD app, I went to the bank itself. The first counter clerk I initially went up to was very dismissive, hostile, and unhelpful.
