Absolutely terrible customer service from the teller and bank manager. I made an ATM withdrawal from their own ATM located in the branch, paid a $3.50 fee and went to a teller to get it exchanged for smaller bills.. They refused because I don’t have an account. I will tell all my friends and clients never to use TD bank.
Eric was 0 help and then proceeded to send my new card to my old address after explaining to him that i no longer live there and just didn’t work with me at all to try and resolve the problem
