This bank in its entirety is the most shady, evil, non-transparent, unethical bunch of crooks of just about any bank in the country. Their latest "good deed" is starting to take an additional $15 per month out of my dead mother's account (we were already paying a $1 per month fee) during a pandemic- when businesses are supposed to be helping their customers not causing additional harm. On top of that- they won't return an email (been over 30 days), they won't answer their local phones (other banks in town are), and I can't g... read more
No other bank will hide charges pending on your account so you think you are all set and use your debit card and then the next day the hidden charges show up and voila - you were just charged OD fees of $35 each for small debit card transactions that amounted to less than $50 total but paid TD Bank $175 in fees
