My son had an unauthorized withdrawal from his account due to a clerical error by TD. Customer service tells him he should have his money back by Friday...today is Tuesday. He called his branch in Rehoboth and was told they can’t see any notes about it being worked on. She said to call them back on Friday if he doesn’t get his money and then they will call customer service. Why would you not call now to ensure it’s being fixed??? This is a horrible way to treat a customer TD.
