I choose to travel a longer distance to go to this branch because they are friendly, helpful, much more accommodating then some of the other branches in the area. This branch is also located in a place where there is less general car traffic making it a pleasant experience all around. I am very sad that this branch will close soon.
Rude and poor service
I asked for some cash envelopes at this branch while making a business deposit, and the teller had to discuss with the manager. Was asked if I had a personal account, which I did not. They told me I couldn’t be given envelopes since I did not have a personal account. Absurd, since any other bank has them out in the open. To me this is the equivalent of a restaurant not giving you napkins, real petty.
I’ve been coming here since I was little and I have always had an amazing experience! Employees are super helpful and reliable. I would highly recommend if your looking for a TD Bank near the ridgewood area!
