Called in TD to cancel my debit card and put on hold for 30 minutes and counting. On their phone recording they promise you legendary service. Yeah ok not sure what that means to them but to me it’s not wasting 30 minutes of my life on hold.
This bank needs to close down. There staff sucks and this bank has no money. I came in 45 minutes before closing at they said no to helping me a while back. I just came back and they still can’t concert currency. Please any operations in the manager see this fire the staff and close this bank down! Go to the one in mahwah way better!

This branch is the pits. Im an active easy client with consistent large deposits. Staff are just about all rude and not accommodating. 1 or 2 tellers are actually decent. Way different experience than other td branches I frequent. Must come from management of that branch. Management: If you read this, major changes are needed in this location for a better client experience. 1 star to 5 star update. Changes made and such a pleasant experience now. Thank you.
