Very bizarre experience the other day with a banker by the name of “Justin.” I was stopping by to inquire about TD’s business bank account options. The banker was very hostile for no apparent reason. Upon presenting my ID, Justin began to outwardly scold me. He immediately makes fun of my driver’s license for being worn. He then tells me I need a NJ drivers license to open an account with them (not true). A bank teller stole my banking information and worked with someone else to steal over $9,000 from my checking account several years ago. It took several months and multiple police reports to get my money back. They stole money from my account on multiple occasions over a couple days with fake IDs in multiple states.
Rude and Understaffed location. I was sitting in the empty branch for over 30 minutes to do a wire transfer and no one came to help. Another day I had to get a new debit card but same thing
