Why are they so hostile here? Very bad experience the other day with a banker by the name of “Justin.” The banker was very hostile for no apparent reason. Upon presenting my ID, Justin began to outwardly scold me. He immediately makes fun of my driver’s license for being worn. He then tells me I need a NJ drivers license to open an account with them. This bank is nice, also has great service, & staff.
