It is very rare for me to need to visit a physical bank branch, but every time I do, there is something they say they can't help me with—especially at this Framingham location. I do not recommend opening an account with TD Bank, particularly at this branch. If they can't provide a bank check, a certified check—or whatever else they want to call it—to a customer who needs one, then they should just close their doors and go into a different line of business. Really bad , not having a business rep over the store and not only one but Ashland and Framingham , they should really have someone available for business needs at this place , not a good thing , why offer business products if we need a business manager but she’s not available because she’s in a meeting , both store ,

I've had TD for many years, and I'm always amazed by the friendliness of their staff and how accommodating they are. I left for a while for a different bank, it was like night and day, so I switched back to TD. Just today, I had to close an existing tenant account and open a new one. The teller was extremely patient and accommodating, helping me through the whole process, doing exactly what I needed.
