Debit card was stolen and they wouldn’t reverse the charges
Rigid, unkind, rude manager with no compassion whatsoever. There is no such thing as customer loyalty from this bank. Based on my experience today, I will be withdrawing the funds that I've had with TD Bank for 15+ years and taking my business elsewhere.
