This Bank is terrible. My debit card was compromised so I got a new one through the mail. A week later my new card was compromised. It only took a week for somebody to get the numbers and put a fraudulent charge on my debit card. They also cleared a fraudulent check which I use some of the money and the next day they told me it bounced so you guessed it I was responsible for that money that's why I closed my account no wonder why they have a 3.9 rating
This is my absolute favorite bank I’ve ever been with. Just by talking with them the people there are so down to earth. They literally put a smile on my face today and I couldn’t stop smiling. They’re the sweetest and I wish them the best they deserve all the love and kindness. Thank you for always being so nice to me. I really love you guys. After taking time off work two different days, two trips to the branch and the issue was still not resolved. The most incompetent group of Bank employees I've ever encountered. !
