I've been a customer with Carolina First/TD Bank since 1997. However, when I tried to make a wire transfer, I was treated as a terrorist at the branch. I called their support number before going and was told that my funds were available to use. I even clearly verified that it could be used for a wire transfer and was told yes. Within about 5 minutes I had a problem taken care of. The woman that took care of me treated me with respect and was very nice. Great Bank to do business with!
Helped clean up a mess with my debit card that another branch had caused! Super helpful!
