TD Bank brakes about their interest rates, but beware of what they're giving you. I always now ask what the rate is. So last month I had the same amount in my savings as I did for this month. Last month it was almost $500, this month it's lower with the same amount in there. The problem is if TD Bank changes something they do not let you know. I have been a TD customer for nearly 20 years. This branch has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with TD.
Ridiculous how difficult it is to claim money that is supposed to belong to you with the claim “the check bounced” meanwhile the account it came from has more than enough for 10 of the checks. Ridiculous how often I’m being charged these “ATM Maintenance” fees, and half the time the ATMs don’t even work when I get there. TD bank has gotten absurd the last few years. I would be willing to say they’re America’s most INCONVENIENT bank, to an extent that is just beyond absurd, intolerable and above all else DISRESPECTFUL.
