I have been a TD customer for nearly 20 years. This branch has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with TD.
Ridiculous how difficult it is to claim money that is supposed to belong to you with the claim “the check bounced” meanwhile the account it came from has more than enough for 10 of the checks. Ridiculous how often I’m being charged these “ATM Maintenance” fees, and half the time the ATMs don’t even work when I get there. TD bank has gotten absurd the last few years. I would be willing to say they’re America’s most INCONVENIENT bank, to an extent that is just beyond absurd, intolerable and above all else DISRESPECTFUL.

It's completely ridiculous having to give the teller my phone number so that they can text me a link to confirm who I am after I've given them a deposit slip and/or my debit card, and my driver's license. Whether it's the drive-through or walking inside. We use 2 different banks and this is the only one who requires this. It's a deposit! I "might" would understand better if I was making a withdrawal, but giving my ID, that's all that should be needed! They require this every single time.
