They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! They revamped their online system, I did not ask them too, was locked out of my account for 3 weeks, only able to access it maybe once or twice. When online banking came up I was totally locked out and because even though we opened account together, they said they have to have permission from my husband to unlock it, then when I put him on the phone they say we have to go to a branch and show his ID? ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND THIS BANK...horrible customer service, always giving me a hard time about my various accounts because my husband and I have varying last names, and THEIR ONLINE BANKING is horrible. If transferring to a new bank was easy, I would do it in an instant! HATE TD BANK
I have never had any difficulties until TD has made the upgrade in the online banking system. I have tried to call to get answeres and help, only to get automated system. Getting "Bad Request". Anyone else with the same problem?
