Original post like 6 months ago maybe more: They need more people working at the desks. I spent an hour and half waiting for help. They have 4 empty desks and 1 person here. There was 2 people at desks when 1 came in. 1 took lunch break. If 6 people are waiting maybe better to help a few before taking that break....
