Not enough representatives, long lines. There should be a line for replacement debit cards.
Not good. I've been banking for 42 years in a few different countries. Went in on July 01/2025, 10.40am. All I wanted was to exchange my C$ for about 300US$. I asked her how would I have to pay for 300US$? " Ican't tell you, you have to tell me how much C$ you want to exchange".. the lady behind the counter had no clue how to do it...she needed the supervisor to stand behind her and direct her + 2 more trainees watching from behind , one carried the printout for the printer.
