Not a trusted bank. They lied about my 12 month CD interest rate, they wouldn’t correct it. Long waits to speak to a bank agent. Never friendly.
I have been going to WO since they closed Cedar Grove.every time I go, the drive thru is never open. How do they say they are the most convenient bank?

Terrible customer service. That location should have been closed, not the one in Verona.
