Closed all of my accounts at TD but sadly, an elderly relative still has an account with them & they need a ride from time to time. What a horrid experience bringing them here! The manager and staff are rude, unhelpful and confrontational. They push their own agenda too, rather than offer help when asked.
I was just here today and was greeted with a warm "Good morning." There were two tellers working, which is rare in TD Banks. I was taken care of right away. They were friendly and helpful. I told the manager how pleased I was with his staff and promised a 5-star rating. Here it is! Keep up the great work! :)
A nice enough bank. Since they keep closing locations I hope they keep this one open
Very helpful
Just go to chase bank. Accounts get frozen, the biggest run around i heard. Chase bank right down the street . No hassle with your own money.
