I had a great experience at the TD Bank in West Orange, NJ. Donna C. King was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. She provided clear guidance and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. Truly appreciated her support and excellent service. Highly recommend this branch!
Another awful TD experience. Closed the safe deposit box 2 days prior to the bill coming due. They charged my account anyway. Closed all accounts. Horrible bank.
Not a trusted bank. They lied about my 12 month CD interest rate, they wouldn’t correct it. Long waits to speak to a bank agent. Never friendly.
