Made an appointment the day before to help plan a busy next day. Get to the branch at the confirmed booked online appointment time, only for the branch’s staff to say they do Not honor booked appointments at that location. And to enter the queue, which at the time happened to be 10 customers waiting for 1 personal banker. Pretty poor experience unfortunately. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer with this TD Bank branch and team! The store manager Tim, clearly sets the standard and example for the culture at this TD Bank store. For many years, I have found the team here to be caring, hard-working, professional, and always willing to help out. Now, I've become a super fan!
