Tried to get my card printed out here bc it's been taking two weeks to mail it, the customer service rep said bc my phone wasn't verified under my name, they couldn't do it. There is no other way to verify, me, you have my name address phone number email. Then when I asked how I can do this, she was vague, she was push offy not giving me direct answers on how to do it, just do it. Can you guys give out debit cards that actually work. I hate having the cycle of getting a card in the mail, trying to activate it, activation fails, so then I have to wait another 2 weeks for another faulty card. I haven’t had a card in 6 months because they’re too stupid to give a real working debit card.
Great bank. Not busy. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
