The branch of my bank is great! However, I am really disappointed that it's easier for a criminal to do a transaction on my checking account than it is for me. I opened a debit card out because I was told I would need it to do transactions on my account in the future. I told my branch I really don't like debit cards but I agreed anyway. I never used it but guess what? Someone in another area of the country was able to conduct transactions on my card. I immediately called my TD headquarters and closed this card. One of the most inconvenient Banks ever!! TD Bank doesn't allows you to do a wire transfer without coming to the store, fine I left work to and traveled 20 minutes to my local branch just for them to tell me that I can't do a wire transfer because the person is not there that does them. I have a time sensitive matter that needs to be addressed urgently and now I'm wasting my time. How are you not allowing people to do wire transfers electronically, forcing them to leave their jobs and come all the way to your local branch on... read more
A very friendly Bank, Brooke has been a real pleasure to deal with, she knows her stuff and is very efficient in solving issues I've had with data breaches on my debit card, great place to bank!!!

I love coming to this TD bank. Everyone is friendly and very efficient especially Marcia. I came in for a couple of things and she was very personable and just an amazing person overall.
