Tellers are good but PB people at their desks are Rude, Slow ,and unprofessional. I rather deal with tellers than people at desks.
I went to open a joint account with my husband. Unfortunately, it was about 10 minutes before closing, but the teller was kind enough to say "no problem, someone will assist you as soon as possible, please take a seat." A manager came up and helped us right away. I was happy with the service. I forgot the manager's name, but he went as far as opening the door and walking us out, thanking us for choosing them. Walked into this bank and I wasn’t even greeted!!So disappointing !! Four people and not a one lift their heads and spoke a word!! I’ve been here overs 10 minutes and no change !!! 🫨
