I’ve been consistently disappointed with TD Bank and their level of service. As someone who frequently visits their branches due to a client banking with them, I’ve encountered numerous frustrating and borderline unprofessional experiences. For starters, their operations seem disorganized. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed tellers from other locations who appear unfamiliar with the branch’s setup.
