This location needs Zero stars. This is the worse bank ever. Beza the teller is senseless. And needs to undergo training again. She lacks customer service and it is very unfortunate. Never come to this bank. Just close your TD account because that’s exactly what I did.
While TD bank has unfriendly to customer policies, this location is especially unhelpful in every possible way.
I walked in on wednesday morning. Due to bad weather there were only 2 staffs over there, but it didn't stop them from taking care of me. Best service from Diana. Thank you so much
