I used their atm and it did not return my card. I waited for the manager and she instructed me to report my card as stolen. Does this make any sense TD Bank? Your bank steals my card and now I must order a new one. The manager was rude and couldn't articulate her policy. I wanted to use them for my banking services but after this experience I will make sure no one goes here.

Really Very very unfair location. making banking so difficult and disgusting. the branch manager has a terrible attitude to customers maybe specifically cause I have a Yarmulka on my head because treatment seems to be chosen based on faces. really disgusting bank. will transfer all my business accounts to chase. Probably the worst branch to go to, the branch manager is incredibly rude, after waiting for a bank check I needed her to call to get my credit card sent to the branch, after coming at the time I was called to come she tells me to come to her desk when I was done with the bank check, I get done and she then takes two other individuals and gives me the rudest attitude , the assistant manager should definitely take over this branch she is amazing, whereas the general manager is a moronic rude old woman
