Constant issues with the software today I want to check on Bill Pay and couldn’t see more than four i accounts and could not stroll down called software company that I have to go to company that serviced their software and told me I had to go to the bank but today was a holiday previously had issues with their software and told I was the only oneHave Bill Pay with Fulton Bank believe it’s the same software and have never had a problem
I would rate it minus ten for service. They have outdated systems for business owners. can't provide critical business requirement which other banks offer. They take over 1month to provide account details which caused me business delays. Not worth the time and effort. There are better banks that care for their clients!
