Went to cash my payroll check at Hatfield PA location and after 3000 security questions (!!🙄🙄) the associate said he “doesn’t have money to his drawer..and I have to wait!!!are you joking!!I took my check and walked away..other bank cash my check less than a minute.. Very rude and unprofessional people and service ..Doesn’t even make eye contact, forget about the smile..Not recommended at all..
One of the employee of this bank was very rude to me, maybe for my religious appearance, I think he is an Indian guy, and his name starts with something VJ
Have banked here for 20+ years, personal and business banking. Today, all time low- went to deposit a small amount of cash and realized I forgot my wallet (bank card and Drivers license) They would not accept my deposit as I could not authenticate my identity
