2025: After 28 years of using Commerce/TD Bank I just had a terrible experience. Went to deposit $3k in cash and had to spend 20 minutes of questioning, validation and verification. I bought a camera a while back then decided to sell it for cash. Ended up buying another one, except I paid with Zelle. I decided to deposit the extra cash to my checking, which was a big mistake. Very bad customer service
TD bank atm machines are always down. I drive to three different locations and they all needed fixing. Per message
Love this location, right next to my house. TD Bank does it right with their hours, security and proximity.
