Some of the worst service I experienced 4/21 from a female teller at the desk here. Was told she was going to speak to the manager about a routine check cashing when I just heard her buying time behind a door before coming out and then just stood at her desk without outlining anything. After standing like a fool at the desk for a few moments I asked if I was waiting for anything and she annoyingly told me I could wait if I wanted to but it wasn't going to help. Not my bank and certainly never will be.
Alicia was very patient and helpful in assisting me with a credit card application issue. She spent a heroic 35 minutes on the phone assisting me with my request.

Respectful staff. TD handled any issue I’ve ever had, which weren’t many, promptly and efficiently. Also this bank is open Saturday and Sunday. I mean come on, that alone should warrant 4 stars. Unsure of why the low rating’s
