Terrible bank. Card swiper on the door to access the atm works 30% of the time, get the money and all the bills and folded backwards and upside down, line inside is 15+ min wait always, upped the minimum balance before fees, staff isn’t all that great, etc. How hard is it to hold someone’s money and make it not stressful everyday?
Staff was very courteous and friendly while assisting me with closing the checking account I had never opened in the first place.
Do they even pick up their phone??
