I went in this branch to ask a question regarding a pending charge and was spoken to very dismissively by the "assistant manager" after she advised there was no one who could help. As I was getting ready to leave, her colleague felt the need to chime in to me, "She got you huh?" I was confused by their attitude just by my asking a question and would like to mention that at no time was I rude to their staff to deserve their condescending attitude.
