It used to be well run. But now, they only have one teller every time I come here so be prepared to wait for a long time anytime you need human interaction to get anything done.
I met w a CS to do a name change for my cc and was told it would be available for pick up at the end of the week. After 4 calls, one including the Mgr, no credit card or call backs. Yesterday, I called the number on the back of my card, (which is where I initially started the process) and only to be told a cc was never ordered, rather my line of credit was increased. What?!
