I met w a CS to do a name change for my cc and was told it would be available for pick up at the end of the week. After 4 calls, one including the Mgr, no credit card or call backs. Yesterday, I called the number on the back of my card, (which is where I initially started the process) and only to be told a cc was never ordered, rather my line of credit was increased. What?! My husband went into this branch to make a deposit and order checks. The teller who he went to talked him into changing our account so we could get free checks and assured him our checks were on order. I called there last week (2 weeks and no checks) and the woman said due to postal delays, they weren't in yet. Called again today to find out about the checks (3 weeks later) only to find out they were never ordered!!! Unbelievable!
Machines never work, and when they do they eat your card. Management needs training. Associates are unfriendly and rude. This branch is why I'm closing my TD account.
