Do yourself a favor and bank someone else. This branch never follows through with their paperwork. My wife submitted a name change form months ago and still has yet to be processed. We opened a joint account three months ago and were reassured that it would show under my account- this account has still not been added. The icing on the cake is the 1 hour average wait time for “help” aka telling the employees that they have not done their job. This place stinks
ATM stole $300 and my card. Teller says will be in by weekend it’s been over 5 days and still no money. Supervisor Chris from Maine (who refused to give me his last name) said 7-10 days. No one knows what they’re talking about and they’re not helpful. Bank branch NEVER answers their phones. Pathetic customer service. Completely disrespectful of people’s time and money.
I got a $55 dollar check from Inspira for overpayment drawn on TD Bank. I bank at PNC. Walk into Glassboro branch with ID and attempt to cash the check. They say fine, “it will just be a $10 fee to cash”! 18% fee to cash a business check drawn on your bank!!!!! And the mafia street loans are illegal!!!! 18 bleeping %! Are you for real? Will wait til tomorrow. I’m not desperate, destitute or stupid. Terrible policy
2 drive-thru ATMs couldn't deposit cash, and ATM in store was out of order on Sunday evening Nov 10. These issues delayed me. As I hurried home for futures market open at 6 pm, I was nearly hit by a car at the intersection of Delsea Dr and West St, and the driver followed me and got out of his vehicle at the intersection of West St and County Rd 553 and then assaulted me which caused distress.
