Very poor customer service. First, this branch made a mistake on an international wire transfer (They put the routing number where the account number should have gone). Then I made an appointment to try to fix the problem. Even with the appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. And, even then they didn't accept responsibility for their error.
There was this older lady with white curly hair who I had to listen to having private conversations and not caring that there 2 people waiting for her. I waited over 30 minutes then walked out disgusted at how she totally ignored me, even after multiple attempts to get her attention- she was dragging her feet not wanting to help anyone and busy chit chatting with her client.
