A teller at this branch made a serious mistake, and I almost closed my account because of it.
Staff was intentionally difficult and refused a service that I had received countless times at other branches (exchanging bills). My mom has an account with them and they still refused. The worker at the desk also just made up an arbitrary rule to my face (looked it up after, TD does not have such a policy). Do not go to this branch unless you want to waste your time.
This branch has repeatedly cost me time running across town to another branch because they do not abide by their posted hours and they never answer their phone to say when they might be randomly available. On the rare occasion I have been able to enter the branch the staff was friendly and accommodating however most of the time they seem to be closed or if open non-responsive. Even the ATM is hit or miss for when it functions, So if you're in a hurry just skip it!
Shut it down. Location doesn't work. Its broken. But it's open......
