Not enough help. Long wait times to simply have papers notarized. Went in and was told “everyone” was at lunch. Came back later that afternoon and found only 1 person working. Waited well over an hour to be taken care of. Ridiculously inconvenient from “the world’s most convenient bank”. NOT!
As a new customer, they never answer their phones. Not a good look

Td most inconvenient bank!!!! After spending 38 minutes on hold to ask a question about zell, I looked up and it said the court house branch was open so I took my phone there so they could see how long you had to be on hold to get a question answered. Well I get there 2 minutes after 1 pm and although there were several workers in the bank no one would help me. I continued to hold over an hour till I realized there was no Hope. I never got to speak to anyone and I’m looking for a new bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for not knowing how to do your job properly! I shouldn't have to come into the bank 4times after opening a new account to verify who iam and no one actually doing their job correctly has screwed up my disability checks and now I've been denied my check 4 times in 30 days. Please start training your employees properly on their job tasks or start firing them.
