Td most inconvenient bank!!!! After spending 38 minutes on hold to ask a question about zell, I looked up and it said the court house branch was open so I took my phone there so they could see how long you had to be on hold to get a question answered. Well I get there 2 minutes after 1 pm and although there were several workers in the bank no one would help me. I continued to hold over an hour till I realized there was no Hope. I never got to speak to anyone and I’m looking for a new bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for not knowing how to do your job properly! I shouldn't have to come into the bank 4times after opening a new account to verify who iam and no one actually doing their job correctly has screwed up my disability checks and now I've been denied my check 4 times in 30 days. Please start training your employees properly on their job tasks or start firing them.
ATM ate 200 dollars while I was depositing money. TD refuses to give it back, which in my book is stealing. Iv put in several appeals and they keep telling me they won’t give it back. Many data breaches on their end which has resulted in my card being frozen. Get it together and give me my money back.
One teller working on a Monday morning with a line out the door. Not fair to the teller!
