I’ve been having a really negative experience with TD bank for years, and today was my final straw with them. I went in pretty frustrated and Jansy took care of my situation with nothing other than patience. I’ve always had good experiences going to local branches, but TD bank itself just sucks. I feel bad for the local branch employees. They get treated with low patience and hostility because of TD bank itself. Moving onto PNC now but wanted to pay respects to the staff members here. Sorry about my attitude.
This is the only TD Bank that has to verify my identity via my license, my debit card AND through a text to my phone requesting my PIN. I'm merely making a deposit. Overkill, in my opinion.
