Very disappointed in TD Bank. I had a Safety Deposit box at a location closing so was forced to close the box and get a refund. After doing so, I then received a late payment notice for the closed box for the amount of the refund I just received. You would think this would be an easy fix but no one at TD Bank was willing to do anything. I called the 888 number on the bill and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything. I called the branch and they just told me to ignore it with no action or follow up. Not the kind of service one sho... read more
The employees have always been helpful and friendly.?
The Manager of this bank has a terrible attitude, never smiles and does the absolute minimum she can to get paid. We had to wait 40 mins for a desk person to assist us while she sat smugly staring at us from behind the counter where she had ZERO customers while we waited 40 mins. TD Bank, it's the blonde woman, she's terrible.
