Well I just got a taste of why I don't like to go in person. I went into the drive thru lane where there was only one customer right at the window in lane one. So I went in lane two. The car in lane one drove off in about a minute or two. I sent my request and info thru that thingy "you know what I'm talking about", and as I am waiting, the next customer, in which I was in front of, was taken care of before me and drove off from the window in lane one.
