Today I went to the bank to fix my card. There were two boys assisting me and one of their names was Anthony. They were so kind and hardworking and very passionate of what they do. I always have problems with my card and those boys are always there to support me. This is why I give them 5 stars ⭐️
I stopped here to get cash from the atm a few minutes after they closed. There were several staff members there. I had my two toddlers with me who needed to use the bathroom urgently. They refused to help us which I find unacceptable
I wanted to write a review for Javier that is always there for me. No matter what I need with my banking needs. The guy is absolutely amazing and extremely professional thank you Javier. I have many banks that I could go to, but I go to TD Bank because of you keep up the good work.
Javier helped me today with investment questions and CD information . Everyone I come to this branch he is so helpful. I have to say is one of the most genuine employees I've seen by far. Brings back the old natalgia of genuine banking feeling we've lost today.
This is easily one of the worst bank branches I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of urgency is unbelievable—25 minutes waiting while only third in line is completely unacceptable. Au-quell should not be in a customer-facing role. The attitude is dismissive, the service is nonexistent, and every interaction feels like an effort to avoid doing his job by pushing customers to the ATM.
