Manager Javier was so rude and nasty. Treating customer like they they are stupid. Asking to fill slips in 2026 even tough i have my ID and Debit card. He still didn't do what was asked for in the transaction and returned a bad attitude at the end. FYI it's our money you're handling. Not your own. Show some respect.
Rudest people I've ever encountered today at the bank. The teller Ah-quell said nothing welcoming at all. No hello no nothing, just you can step up. At the end of the transaction I asked all done? He said yes. Manager Javier walked by said nothing as well. You guys have competition you need to train people in how to talk to customers.
They don’t anything about business staff don’t stop there and don’t wasting your time there , if you’re looking for the open business account or anything about the business stuff
Terrible service with a staff who doesn’t want to be there and they make it know, any and every other td is a better option.
For the montville branch, Staff is helpful but not enough employees to assist people in this branch.. Long queues of people waiting always.. wait time could be 15-30 minutes.. Is this America's most convenient bank ?
