One of the worst banks that I’ve ever dealt with. We have a non profit / business account and every time we go there it’s at least a 30 to 40 minute wait just for someone to acknowledge you. I’ve had with this bank and as soon as our CDs come to term. I will definitely get my associates to move all of our accounts to a different bank.
I’ve always had a pretty pleasant experience banking at this branch so I was quite surprised how I was Attended when i went to open an account for my 13 year old. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 1:27 and One of the tellers asked what can she help me with, once i said I was trying to open up an account for my daughter with out hesitation said she didn’t think that was possible because they were about to close.
