The new manager is the worst, very arrogant and responds very rude. That bank was better before.
I wish I could give a 0 star and the reason why is because every time I go to the Mac machine on this branch or any other branch it gives me a hard time a gave me a message saying that it was back when it give me my money back there was experiencing problems with the machine. Now I look at my bank account and they only gave me a credit of a $100 it was cash I don't have to wait a whole week to get my cash deposit.. just tried to deal with an issue where the bank charged my account $25000 for a check I wrote for 2500...the girl with whom I spoke at the bank truly made me feel like I was causing her some grave and unfair imposition, pointing out THEIR mistake...which of course they can't fix without me interrupting my work day to drive over there. Sounds like I'll need to bring a cushion so I can properly kneel and beg for their help fixing this...
