Quick and easy
TD Bank is by far the least friendly and helpful bank out there. That being said the Fairfax branch is completely useless. The drive thru takes forever to deposit a check. The manager is not able to solve problems or take constructive criticism. She instead blames it on the customer. The manager hung up on me during a call because she didn't like what I had to say. Rep on the phone told me to check google for customer service phone number. Are we really training our staff these days in providing customer service or are they replacing their own jobs ??
My experience at this branch was very positive. Simar, the manager, was attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. Simar and Awesta worked efficiently and followed through until everything was completed successfully. Thank you both for the excellent service and support.
