Condescending tellers and a manger who seems to be coasting along with them. If this was my local branch, I would find another bank!
The Fairfax branch is completely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, this branch was unable to assist me, suggest solutions, resolve the issue, or accept constructive criticism. Instead, they seemed more focused on protecting themselves and blaming the customer than finding a resolution. I called to ask if we could still get a card issued in store and they said no which i completely understand. However, after they said they couldn’t help me they just said “sorry about that” and hung up. I had more questions but now I just want to start using a personable bank. I wasn’t planning on my card info being stolen and used and to have them just end the conversation really upset me
