Looooong waiting time and too slow process. Not enough crew in this branch.
Absolutely unacceptable. I drove 15 minutes to this TD Bank branch to access my own money, only to find that the only ATM was not working. There was no alternative, no notice, and no solution on-site. I was forced to go to another bank and pay a $4.50 fee just to get cash. TD customer service admitted the ATM issue and waived their $3 fee, but flatly refused to reimburse the $4.50, even though this cost was caused entirely by TD’s failure. Every single time there’s a new issue or policy preventing the regular course of business here! Shameful, disrespectful, and unprofessional conduct. I have had issues depositing, cashing, adding people on to accounts, and more. Every time they give you zero respect and zero courtesy. I’m surprised people still use this bank. I’ve begun moving everything to new accounts in other banks. Good riddance.
