Seriously about to change banks every time I go to use the ATM it's out of service !!! Like fix it !! Almost every other week!! Contacting corporate now I have to 15 min out of my way to another one
Friendly and helpful service. They took care of a couple things that could be issues in the future for me.
What once was a convenient bank has become completely and irrevocably inconvenient. New fee structures forced upon old Commerce Bank customers are out of control and un-matched in the industry. As if a failed system migration was not enough I have been forced to pay fees through no fault of my own. TD Bank will fine you when their systems do not correctly update your account balance real time. The will fine you for every occurrence. Their customer service will parrot back boiler plate responses and act as falsely sympathetic... read more
